Insomnia takes many forms and contributes to ill-health. That ill-health may express itself in many ways - from moodiness and weight gain, to memory issues and concentration difficulties. This presentation looks at the differences between the 'sleep well, feel well' conditions offered by mountain and lakeside resorts, and the 'sleep bad, feel bad' conditions offered by the insomniac's bedroom.
